The Legal Case Manager / Executive Assistant provides direct operational and litigation support to a Partner of the firm, functioning as a critical extension of Partner-level leadership on active consumer protection matters. The right candidate brings legal case management expertise, precise deadline discipline, and a high-output work ethic to a demanding, fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can own their workload without hand-holding — drafting professional legal correspondence, managing complex court calendars, tracking multi-deadline litigation timelines, and keeping cases moving from filing through resolution.
