The Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer plays a critical role in supporting the marketing organization's effectiveness and operational excellence. This position provides high-level executive support while helping to coordinate marketing leadership operations across a large, fast-moving marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate professionally and discreetly. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CMO, helping manage executive time, facilitate leadership team operations, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the marketing department. This hybrid role encourages 2–3 days per week in the New York office, along with additional onsite support for key meetings, leadership events, and department initiatives. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a central point of contact for the marketing organization within the NYC office.
