About The Position

A fast-growing, AI-forward technology company is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & CEO to act as a true force multiplier within the executive office. This is a high-impact, high-trust role supporting a globally operating CEO in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will begin in a traditional, full-scope EA capacity and quickly evolve the role by leveraging AI tools and automation—building systems that enhance speed, precision, and execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive operator who thrives in complex environments and is excited to integrate AI into executive workflows.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience supporting CEOs or senior executives in fast-paced tech environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, inboxes, and international logistics with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working across global time zones with schedule flexibility
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
  • Interest in AI tools and enthusiasm for building AI-augmented workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams or international executives
  • Exposure to government, defense, or regulated environments
  • Experience with board and investor coordination
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Multilingual or international experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar across daily, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Monitor and triage a high-volume inbox; draft responses and prioritize critical communications
  • Coordinate complex international travel, including multi-country itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Prepare meeting briefings, agendas, and materials (increasingly AI-assisted)
  • Attend meetings as needed, capture action items, and drive follow-through across leadership
  • Serve as a key liaison to executives, board members, investors, partners, and government stakeholders
  • Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, board events, and customer engagements
  • Draft communications on behalf of the CEO and maintain key documents and files
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion
  • Provide scheduling, travel, and expense support to additional senior leaders (Co-Founder and CRO)
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with the Chief of Staff and executive team
  • Support board, investor, and leadership meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
  • Manage administrative workflows such as expenses, document routing, and contact management
