Position Summary: The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling the executive team to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing calendars, travel, and daily operations. This role also represents the brand with professionalism and discretion, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and external partners.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • 10+ years of experience providing high-level executive support, preferably to C-suite leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars with precision, balancing competing priorities, minimizing disruptions, and aligning engagements with strategic objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution of multi-leg trips and adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
  • Represent the executive with professionalism and poise, acting as an extension of leadership in communications and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Protect time for strategic focus by thoughtfully structuring schedules to allow for deep work and decision-making.
  • Proactively manage long-term priorities, projects, and commitments to ensure the executive remains prepared for upcoming opportunities and demands.
