Acting as a primary liaison for the CEO's office, this role facilitates smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, supports event planning, and coordinates team activities. In an organization supported by the Office of the CEO, the Executive Assistant focuses on the day-to-day operational and administrative rhythm of the CEO's office — calendar, travel, meeting logistics, and expense management — while partnering with the Office of the CEO on cross-functional initiatives, strategic priorities, and organization-wide programs. The role also handles presentation preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and expense management, while building strong relationships and ensuring the CEO is well-informed and supported in daily operations.
