About The Position
Join Litehouse Foods as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Litehouse Foods is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, where you'll be at the center of strategy, communication, and execution within a fast-paced, purpose-driven CPG company. As a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team, you'll go beyond traditional administrative support-coordinating communications, managing priorities across the organization, and helping translate vision into action. The right candidate is a proactive problem-solver with impeccable judgment, confidentiality, and an ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required
- 4–5 years of experience in executive or administrative support (required)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and drive process improvements
- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Ideally in a CPG or manufacturing environment (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, visitor screening, and expense reporting.
- Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive and leadership meetings-scheduling, managing materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Coordinate complex logistics for board meetings, offsite events, and executive travel.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and internal departments, supporting alignment and communication across the company.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications Specialist on company-wide initiatives, announcements, and messaging.
- Support and track progress on key strategic priorities; maintain visibility on executive-level action items.
- Plan and manage Litehouse's annual Charity Golf Classic and oversee coordination of the company's charitable giving initiatives.
- Support the Corporate Secretary in facilitating Board and Committee meetings and managing the Diligent Board Portal.
- Lead or support special projects, evaluate workflows, and recommend process improvements for executive operations.
- Communicate with tact, discretion, and professionalism across all levels of the organization-including the Board of Directors, customers, and community stakeholders.
- Serve as a source of continuity, historical reference, and sound judgment for executives making high-impact decisions.
