The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders as needed. This position is responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing business documents and PowerPoint presentations, supporting communications, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to leadership and acts as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
