About The Position

At PureLogic IT, we don’t just support technology — we enable mission-critical outcomes for organizations that shape Canada’s future. As a trusted IT solutions provider to the Federal Government and private sector, we deliver innovative solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, and professional services. What sets us apart is our people-first culture, collaborative mindset, and passion for building something meaningful together. We are a proudly Canadian, women-owned organization driven by our mission: Strong. Secure. Engage. Together. We are growing — and this newly created role is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who wants to make a real impact at the leadership level. This is not your typical Executive Assistant position. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to the COO & Leader, People & Culture, helping drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and people initiatives across the company. You’ll have a front-row seat to leadership decision-making and play a key role in shaping how the business operates and grows. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity, and love being the person who keeps teams aligned and moving forward — this role is for you. You’ll influence how leadership meetings run, help drive company-wide priorities, support hiring and culture initiatives, and become a trusted connector across the organization. This is an opportunity to grow beyond administration into a true business operations and leadership support role.
