In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between executives and stakeholders while managing complex administrative functions that enable our leaders to focus on strategic objectives. This is an office-based role in Morrisville, NC.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a global corporate environment, or Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Experience coordinating complex international travel and managing detailed logistics
• Ability to work independently and identify/resolve issues
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when needed
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environment
• Proficiency with expense management systems and virtual meeting platforms
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
• Professional communication style and presence
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

• Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Secretarial Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support by effectively managing calendars, coordinating global travel, organizing meetings and events, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Serve as a supportive partner to leadership, anticipating needs, offering solutions, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple time zones and business units.
• Manage complex schedules, prepare professional communications and presentations, process expenses, and complete special projects.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
