Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong data orientation and experience working with analytics, reporting, or performance metrics
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams
- Ability to prioritize effectively and understand what is critical vs. non-essential
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CTO
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment on operational priorities
- Provide data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis
- And other assigned tasks
