About The Position

Savas Software/Lifekind Health is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role requires a strategic partner who can operate effectively in a fluid, fast-moving environment, anticipate needs, and help drive operational efficiency at the executive level. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting C-suite executives, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational excellence. Location:  This position works on-site 5 days/week in our Scottsdale office. About the position: Serve as a trusted partner to the COO, managing day-to-day administrative and operational needs Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives Track key priorities, follow-ups, and action items to ensure alignment and execution Assist with internal communications and cross-functional coordination Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Support special projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-evolving environment Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise  

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (COO, CEO, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, fluid, and ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or technology industries preferred

Responsibilities
