About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to executives at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a rare opportunity to support senior leaders at Oracle in our Nashville office. This role plays a central part in driving communication, organization, and operational excellence across a high-impact senior office in a fast-paced and impactful environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner who thrives on enabling executive effectiveness, navigating ambiguity, and driving operational excellence across the executive office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment; experience supporting multiple leaders preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Proven ability to operate proactively, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience coordinating meetings and initiatives across teams
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar management systems)

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars, priorities, and communications with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively optimize time alignment with shifting business priorities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and briefings
  • Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables
  • Support planning and execution of team meetings, leadership offsites, and organizational events
  • Assist with coordination of internal communications and content for leadership engagements
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel, expenses, and logistics often aligned to customer meetings, data center visits, and strategic events
  • Collaborate across teams to gather information and support alignment on key priorities
  • Build strong working relationships with partners across the organization
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants to share best practices and ensure seamless support across leadership

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
