About The Position

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a talented, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our corporate team in Dunwoody, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has built a strong foundation supporting senior executives and is ready to take the next step in their career with a growing hospitality organization. Working directly with the CEO, this highly visible role provides executive, administrative and operational support while serving as an important connection point between the CEO, C-Suite leaders and key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings approximately 5+ years of executive support experience, including experience supporting a CEO, C-Suite executive or senior business leader, and is ready to expand their exposure and impact at the executive level. We’re looking for someone who is polished and professional, but equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves. This position is based on-site at Davidson Hospitality Group’s corporate office in Dunwoody, GA and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or C-Suite administrative support experience, ideally supporting a CEO, President, C-Suite executive or senior executive leadership team.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership within hospitality, hotels, travel, service-oriented organizations or a corporate environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, executive communications and administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines and competing demands.
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through skills with a proactive approach to identifying needs and solving problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with executives, board members, owners, clients and external business partners.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when handling executive communications and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring significant day-to-day direction.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, executive calendar management and business productivity tools.
  • Adaptable, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly visible executive environment.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Must be able to work on-site at Davidson Hospitality Group’s corporate office in Dunwoody, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, communications and priority initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and liaison between the CEO and C-Suite executives, company leaders, owners, clients, board members, industry partners and external organizations.
  • Proactively manage competing priorities, anticipate scheduling needs and help ensure the CEO’s time is aligned with key business priorities.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership retreats, corporate events, special projects and other executive-level activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials and executive communications.
  • Coordinate board meeting preparation, including presentations, supporting documentation and executive meeting materials.
  • Maintain organizational records, executive reporting materials, company reference resources, organizational charts and business tracking documents.
  • Track key company initiatives, strategic activities, industry events and other executive priorities.
  • Support communication and information flow between executive leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate participation in industry conferences, board meetings, sponsorships and corporate engagements.
  • Help oversee day-to-day corporate office operations, including facilities coordination, workplace services, purchasing, office resources and administrative processes.
  • Support executive meetings, leadership events and corporate visitor experiences to ensure a polished and professional experience.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information related to executive matters, business initiatives, personnel, transactions and company relationships with exceptional discretion and judgment.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, building positive relationships across the organization and supporting corporate and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and project support to other senior executives and leadership teams as needed.
  • Bring a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to the role, recognizing that no task is too large or too small when supporting the CEO and broader organization.
