About The Position

Nimble is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO who will provide high-level executive and personal support while overseeing day-to-day office management. This hands-on, high-trust role calls for sound judgment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Flexibility and responsiveness are important; occasional availability outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends for urgent matters, is expected.
