Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO (Founding Team)

Lyv HealthNew York, NY
$80,000 - $105,000Hybrid

About The Position

Lyv is building a platform that enables wellness providers to offer clinical services they currently can’t provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides, all supported by a clinical team. Founded by Harvard Business School MBAs with prior experience across startups, technology, and clinical operations, Lyv is backed by top venture capital firms and is building at a rapid pace. This is a chance to join at the ground floor, work directly with the founders, and accelerate your career by being part of a fast-growing startup. We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our co-founders (CEO and COO). This role involves managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and logistics in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate will be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, allowing the founders to focus on scaling Lyv. This position offers a front-row seat to running a business and direct mentorship from the founders. The role is not a 9-5 remote work situation.

Requirements

  • Highly, highly organized — you live by your calendar, color-code everything, and genuinely enjoy creating order.
  • Detail-obsessed — you catch things others miss
  • A doer — you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and hustle when needed
  • Reliable and responsive — people trust you to get things done, no matter what
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can operate in a fast-paced, sometimes messy startup environment
  • 1–3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar coordinator/administrative role
  • From any background — we care much more about how you work than where you’ve worked or where you went to college if at all
  • Ambitious — you’re excited about the opportunity to grow into a different role over time

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage busy calendars across both founders
  • Coordinate meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Organize team offsites and events
  • Help manage day-to-day office operations
  • Jump in on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that support the founders

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: Strong salary ($80-105k depending on experience) with the opportunity to grow as the company scales
  • Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Mentorship from founders: Work directly with experienced founders who are invested in your growth
  • Career growth: Opportunity to take on more responsibility and evolve into new roles over time
  • Early-stage exposure: Be part of building a company from the ground up
  • Collaborative culture: Small, low-ego team that values ownership and doing great work
