We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our co-founders (CEO and COO). This role involves managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and logistics in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate will be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, allowing the founders to focus on scaling Lyv. This position offers a front-row seat to running a business and direct mentorship from the founders. The role is not a 9-5 remote work situation.
