Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: San Diego Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Job Summary We are seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to the CFO who operates with energy, pace, and exceptional judgement in a dynamic, high-performance environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will act as a trusted partner to the CFO, enabling effective prioritization, ensuring seamless execution, and supporting engagement across a complex, global stakeholder landscape—including investors, Board-level interactions, and senior leadership forums. This role reflects a step-change inנדה, intensity, and operating rhythm, aligned to a CFO who operates with high energy, rapid decision-making, and a strong focus on forward momentum. Requirements

  • Significant experience (typically 7–10+ years) supporting C-suite executives in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with independence, judgement, and discretion at the highest level
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholder engagement, including Board-level or external-facing interactions
  • Strong organizational capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize a highly complex, global calendar, ensuring focus on high-impact activities
  • Anticipate needs and prepare briefing materials for key engagements
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising strong judgement and autonomy
  • Support investor-related activities, including roadshows and key communications
  • Enable CFO engagement with investors, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate inputs for external reporting and announcements
  • Support Finance Leadership Team cadence and priorities
  • Track actions, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate materials and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Serve as a key point of contact on behalf of the CFO
  • Draft high-quality communications, presentations, and briefings
  • Manage and prioritize information flow
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, and investor events
  • Ensure seamless execution and adaptability
