Works under minimal direction to assist administrative executive (Assoc VP and above), department chairman, or dean with interpreting and implementing university-wide policies and provide support in managing department, which involves high degree of initiative and independent judgment. Manage complex executive calendars and priorities across multiple leaders, ensuring alignment to strategic initiatives, resolving conflicts proactively, and preparing executives for all engagements. Coordinate high-level meetings and executive engagements, including scheduling, agenda development, preparation of briefing materials, logistics, and documentation of action items with clear follow-through.
