Dr. Tiffany Rice in New York, NY is looking for a polished and personable Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our practice. With the highest regard for a natural appearance and over a decade of experience, her skillful approach to facial aesthetics and anti-aging is to provide a safe and effective regimen to achieve a refreshed, more youthful appearance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience, preferably in a medical spa or aesthetic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
- Proficiency in scheduling software, EMR systems, or similar platforms
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury aesthetic brand
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, or cosmetic procedures is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using practice management software
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Process patient intake forms, payments, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area
- Assist with retail product sales and upselling aesthetic services and treatment packages
