About The Position

The Executive Assistant is the operational backbone of the Office of the President/CEO — supporting both the President/CEO and VP, Chief of Staff with strategic precision and flawless execution. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support; the EA is a trusted gatekeeper, information conduit, and operational orchestrator who ensures the executive office runs seamlessly every day. The EA manages the CEO’s complex calendar with strategic intent — not just scheduling meetings but architecting how the CEO spends their most valuable resource: time. This role ensures flawless meeting preparation, strengthens communication flow across the EMT (Executive Management Team), and coordinates with the Senior Program Manager and Personal Assistant as part of a collaborative support triad that keeps the Office of the President/CEO operating at peak performance. This is an in-office role at our Tukwila, WA headquarters with some flexibility for remote work once a successful relationship with the President & CEO and team is established.
