About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, professional, and personable Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our executive team while serving as the face of our Chattanooga office. This role is a blend of executive support, front desk management, and culture coordination. You’ll be the first impression for visitors and a trusted partner to leadership keeping priorities on track, communications organized, and helping create a positive, well-run office environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and priorities for senior leadership
  • Monitor and help organize email inboxes; flag key items and draft responses
  • Assist with travel planning and logistics as needed
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates with professionalism
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general operations
