We are looking for an Executive Administrive Coordinator to help manage and improve the efficiency of our Company’s operations. This role will support the Director of Administration, and assist with supervising the administrative staff, guide operating methods, update senior executives, analyze financial data, and recommend operating procedures and policies. This position reports directly to the Director of Administration and will also provide administrative support to the Vice President of Food & Beverage. This position requires an extremely detail orientated person who is results-driven, ethical with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in similar role with proven success interacting, partnering, and networking with all levels of management, including executives (directors and Vice Presidents) in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and maintain effective working relationships with executives and operations leadership team.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage competing demands, and change course of action quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must possess the following competencies: exemplary planning and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar or the equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in Food & Beverage operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Training of administrative staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Company affairs and staff
  • Maintain corporate relationships
  • Monitor financials and operating expenses
  • Provide updates to executives on business performance
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations to include monthly meetings
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Creates F&B analytical reports for the Vice President of Food & Beverage.
  • Coordinate Capital Projects for F&B with vendors and VP of Engineering.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
