About The Position

ProSidian seeks an Executive Assistant/Coordinator for Program Support on a SCA – Service Contract Act / Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Basis for Working On-Site (Client Site) in The Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Area (Aiken, South Carolina). This role is contract contingent and generally located across the Aiken, South Carolina area, supporting a High-hazard nuclear cleanup environment requiring disciplined staffing, safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Assistant/Coordinator is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Administrative Specialist II. This role shall be principally focused on ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Administrative and Executive Assistance Solutions and Services. We seek candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRMC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role provides services and support as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator aligned with the Administrative and Executive Assistance Functional Area/Swim Lane/Category Discipline in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector. This role focuses on Human Capital | Project Management | Engineering | Environmental | Compliance | Risk Management | IT Effectiveness | Business Process | Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) | SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program. Generally located in Aiken, South Carolina and across the Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Region, this position involves working On-Site (Client Site). The role provides Administrative and Executive Assistance Services and Solutions as a ProSidian Engagement Team Member, supporting administrative support activities through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder support. The goal is to give executives leverage by anticipating needs and managing confidential schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and priorities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of professional, administrative, secretarial or clerical experience and/or combination of secondary education and experience related to the position’s responsibilities.
  • Those possessing a Bachelor’s degree may qualify with 1+ years of experience as outlined above.
  • Experience and education may run concurrent.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Administrative and Executive Assistance (Asst) Functional Area Activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, special events or travel arrangements.
  • Utilizes personal computers or electronic devices including keyboarding, databases, spreadsheets, presentation, conversion software, document control or other applications/programs specific to the department or company.
  • Instructs, informs and/or refers others on department or company procedures, policies and practices.
  • Assists in budget and control activities.
  • Compiles and performs basic to moderately complex analysis, prepares reports and/or recommendations.
  • Serves as administrative liaison within and outside the company.
  • May represent the department/company at meetings and may present material.
  • May provide tours.
  • May provide ancillary support to other senior managers, departments or business units concurrently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
