About The Position

ProSidian seeks an Executive Assistant/Coordinator for Program Support on a SCA – Service Contract Act / Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Basis for Working On-Site (Client Site) in The Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Area (Aiken, South Carolina). This role is contract contingent and generally located across the Aiken, South Carolina region, supporting a High-hazard nuclear cleanup environment requiring disciplined staffing, safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance. The role is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Administrative Specialist II and is principally focused on ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Administrative and Executive Assistance Solutions and Services. We seek candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRMC. This position is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role, but ProSidian reserves the right to convert it to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The role focuses on Human Capital | Project Management | Engineering | Environmental | Compliance | Risk Management | IT Effectiveness | Business Process | Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) | SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program. The Executive Assistant/Coordinator will provide administrative support activities through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder support, giving executives leverage by anticipating needs and managing confidential schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and priorities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of professional, administrative, secretarial or clerical experience and/or combination of secondary education and experience related to the position’s responsibilities.
  • Those possessing a Bachelor’s degree may qualify with 1+ years of experience as outlined above.
  • Experience and education may run concurrent.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Administrative and Executive Assistance (Asst) Functional Area Activities.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily provides administrative and clerical assistance to one or more executive team members
  • Coordinates and/or administers programs, Project s and processes
  • Completes tasks such as comprehensive research, gathering, composing, tracking, tabulating, summarizing, organizing and creating presentations and other communications
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, special events or travel arrangements
  • Utilizes personal computers or electronic devices including keyboarding, databases, spreadsheets, presentation, conversion software, document control or other applications/programs specific to the department or company
  • Instructs, informs and/or refers others on department or company procedures, policies and practices
  • Assists in budget and control activities
  • Compiles and performs basic to moderately complex analysis, prepares reports and/or recommendations
  • Serves as administrative liaison within and outside the company
  • May represent the department/company at meetings and may present material
  • May provide tours
  • May provide ancillary support to other senior managers, departments or business units concurrently
  • Other duties as assigned
