Executive Assistant & Content Production Coordinator

Blackstone Shooting Sports•Charlotte, NC

About The Position

Blackstone Shooting Sports is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant & Content Production Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. The role works directly with the Managing Partner and the in-house video content creator to turn marketing ideas into clear next steps and keep video production for social channels and the website moving. The position serves as a liaison among the Managing Partner, internal marketing and content teams, and the outside marketing agency. It translates campaign ideas, product highlights, and talking points into briefs, then manages Asana boards to assign owners, due dates, timelines, and approval milestones. The coordinator reprioritizes work as needs change, communicates updates, and flags scheduling conflicts or approval delays to leadership. The role also manages the shoot calendar, protecting at least four filming days each week for the content creator. It prepares shot lists and product notes, gathers props and equipment, prepares the filming space, confirms logistics, organizes footage and project files, and tracks edits and approvals. Basic video tasks may include trimming clips, adding captions, and exporting files. Success means teams understand what is due, who owns it, and what changes when priorities shift, while the content creator arrives at prepared shoots and spends at least four days a week filming.
