The Executive Administrator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the HR function by providing confidential, proactive, and high-impact support to the Chief People Officer and the broader department. This position is crucial for smooth business operations, involving complex calendar management, meeting coordination with clear agendas, travel and expense support, information gathering and synthesis, budget assistance, and contributions to key HR projects. The Executive Administrator will collaborate with internal leaders and external partners, acting as a trusted representative of the HR function to ensure a professional experience for all stakeholders.
