The HR Administrator is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of HR operations with a strong emphasis on HR systems, data integrity, and employee lifecycle processes. Reporting directly to the EVP of Human Resources, this role ensures that HR data, processes, and systems are accurate, consistent, and efficiently maintained across the organization. The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting onboarding, employee changes, reporting, compliance tracking, and general HR operational support. This position partners closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and operational leaders to ensure seamless and high-quality employee experience supported by strong HR infrastructure.
