The Human Resources Administrator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) function, ensuring accurate data management, effective recruiting support, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role is heavily focused on employee records, recruiting coordination, onboarding support, reporting, and HR administration. In addition, the HR Administrator works closely with the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to support company culture initiatives, team-building efforts, and recruitment marketing strategies that promote the employer brand and enhance employee engagement. This position plays a key role in creating a positive employee experience while maintaining strong organizational systems and processes.
