We are seeking a Human Resources Admin to join the team! As our HR Admin, you will be assisting the Director of Operations and CEO managing job board postings, reviewing applications, and conducting onboarding for new hires. You will also be working closely with other departments to ensure HR compliance, update records, conduct audits, and assist with training and development plans for all staff members. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of basic HR policies and US labor laws, has excellent communication skills, and can maintain a high level of confidentiality. This position will begin a temporary to hire role, with the right candidate being brought on after 3 months.
