About The Position

The Human Resources Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and Team Member-facing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist Team Members, candidates, and visitors
  • Provide Spanish-to-English and English-to-Spanish translation support for Team Members and leadership, including during day-to-day interactions and company-wide meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including making copies, scanning, and filing documents
  • Maintain and organize Team Member records and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
  • Meet with or locate Team Members as needed, including on the production floor
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive Team Member information
  • Perform general office duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required
