We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Project coordination or office management experience.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Organize and support executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate special projects and assist with event planning as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of priorities.
