About The Position

As the Executive Administrative Assistant and Administrator, you will report to and directly support the company CEO and Founder. Our client (www.sempre.ai) connects, protects, and secures information vital to our nation's critical infrastructure. Requirements

Demonstrated experience supporting executive leaders for at least 6 years within a commercial company environment or military service.
Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and a positive impression, in person and over the phone, as one of the first contacts a potential customer or visitor may have with SEMPRE.
Demonstrated experience using Travel & Expense software, i.e., Concur, Expensify.
Highly proficient in managing senior-level Outlook calendars.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Have a thorough understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in all communications, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with managing social media accounts and publicity.
Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects at once.
Demonstrated examples of working to deadlines, with a sense of urgency and thoroughness, while maintaining composure.
Comfort working flexibly and managing the ambiguity and rapid demand shifts associated with a fast-growing company.
Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

Be the exceptional first impression for clients and visitors, in-person, over the phone, or through written communication.
Handle confidential information with sound judgment.
Manage Executive Leadership Team Outlook calendars and prioritize meeting requests while troubleshooting conflicts.
Manage key social media accounts, including updating content, profiles, and checking communications.
Plan and organize company-wide events (All Hands Meetings, offsite events).
Research event-related options (venue, location, catering) and assist with preparing budget proposals and communication pieces, and oversee event logistics (coordinate numerous vendors, entertainment).
Prepare conference rooms for in-person meetings - includes technology set-up and clean-up of conference rooms.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including resolving issues promptly.
Assist with compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets.
Assist with the creation of PowerPoint slide decks for various topics and events.
Partner with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for various reports, data, information, and requests on behalf of the President.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them.
Arrange travel for the Senior Leadership Team.
Process the expenses report and submit it through the T&E system.
Oversee travel arrangements and the expense reimbursement process for visitors.
Additional projects and tasks assigned.
