The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and views executive support as a fulfilling career. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with some college coursework in business administration or a related field preferred. A minimum of three years of administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required, along with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars and competing demands.
