About The Position

The Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to three senior leaders: a Senior Vice President and two Vice Presidents. This role is for an individual who excels at managing calendars, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth operations. The Executive Assistant will be the central point of contact for coordinating schedules, travel, meetings, and division operations, allowing the executives to focus on their core responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and views executive support as a fulfilling career. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with some college coursework in business administration or a related field preferred. A minimum of three years of administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required, along with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars and competing demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and scheduling for three senior leaders, juggling competing priorities with patience and precision.
  • Coordinate travel, from booking to reimbursement documentation, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Organize meetings, from logistics and agendas to materials and follow-up.
  • Keep division operations running smoothly, including recurring meetings, shared calendars, and reimbursement processing for outside partners and consultants.
  • Handle procurement and office logistics, including business cards, name badges, and office supplies.
  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact, providing backup support for visitors and front-office needs.
