About The Position

Responsible for overseeing Office Admin operations, Procurement, and ensuring an efficient, and cost-effective workplace environment. This role involves supervising day-to-day office operations, requirements, procurement, and PO generation. It also includes vendor and budget management through contract negotiation and control of facility-related expenses. Additionally, the position oversees workspace allocation, seating plans, and supports occupancy planning initiatives, as well as preparing facility performance reports and implementing efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility management with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance standards, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office tools.
