About The Position

Biomerics is seeking an Executive Account Manager to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers in the Medical Manufacturing Device space. This role involves managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively pursuing new sales opportunities. The Executive Account Manager will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. They will also address client inquiries and identify new business avenues within the existing customer base. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional internal teams, such as Customer Service and Product Development, to enhance the customer experience. Occasional travel may be necessary. The ideal candidate will be proficient with CRM software, possess strong client communication skills, understand consumer behavior, and be capable of meeting ambitious sales quotas. Ultimately, the goal is to collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field or equivalent work experience in a related field plus 5 to 7 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Must have experience in Medical Device Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or any other relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
