About The Position
The MBA Program Office is looking for exam proctors who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of the examination process. This role involves monitoring test-takers during exams and ensuring compliance with testing policies. The proctor must remain alert to ensure a fair testing environment.
Requirements
- Be in good academic standing as a degree-seeking graduate student
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Monitor examinees throughout the test to prevent cheating or other misconduct.
- Enforce all exam rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
- Escalate any issues or irregularities that arise during the exam (e.g., technical problems, misconduct) to the instructor.
- Report any testing irregularities or violations of exam rules to the instructor.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials and records.
