About The Position

The Exam Accommodations Representative provides dedicated assistance to PSI candidates who need specific exam accommodations. This is a semi-sedentary position in a fast-paced call center environment. It is a full-time, permanent, onsite role during test center opening hours. The representative may need to support critical issues during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a call center environment.
Acceptable attendance point balance in previous roles.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Tier 2 customer service role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Assist candidates by phone and email with requests for exam accommodations.
Work with various departments to support activities related to exam accommodations.
Respond to requests initiated by candidates, client services, and leadership using a variety of systems.
Coordinate with site administration staff to ensure each candidate’s exam accommodations are met.
Follow up with candidates about the status of their accommodations.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
Maintain spreadsheets and reporting for the Exam Accommodations team.
Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of scheduling platforms, services, and the strategic communication plan.
Assist with registration and scheduling of CSRs as needed.
