Requirements

  • Have lived the founder journey.
  • Have built something real, led through chaos, shipped before it was ready, or carried a team through uncertainty.
  • Have pattern recognition that matters from making hard calls and facing uncertainty.
  • Be calm under pressure and know how to move through chaos.
  • Be strategic and hands-on, comfortable zooming out and building the flow.
  • Be scarred and sharp - have failed, learned, and can see around corners.
  • Be mission-aligned - want to build things that matter.
  • Be humble but effective - listen more than talk, but lead from the front.
  • Be founder-tuned - understand what it's like to carry the weight.
  • Be adaptable to new missions or founder personalities.
  • Have made calls with imperfect information.
  • Enjoy coaching or working alongside other operators.
