The roles are flexible, ranging from freelance and contract to fractional and full-time, with opportunities for remote work globally. Requirements

  • Experience in disciplines such as Community Management, Forum Lead, Membership Management, Events Management, Conference Lead, or Experience Design.
  • Willingness to flex across functions rather than specializing narrowly.

  • Ability to handle switching contexts and moving fast.
  • Excitement for volatility and change.
  • Balancing execution with iteration, feedback, and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Create experiences and ecosystems that bring people together and keep them engaged.
  • Run online spaces, launch in-person events, or manage membership experiences end-to-end.
  • Foster trust, loyalty, and momentum within communities.
  • Act as a producer, host, and strategist in community and event management.
  • Design every touchpoint with care.
  • Understand how communities form and grow online.
  • Run an event end-to-end, from brief to breakdown.
  • Listen and evolve the experience based on feedback and curiosity.
