The roles are flexible, ranging from freelance and contract to fractional and full-time, with opportunities for remote work globally. Balancing execution with iteration, feedback, and creativity.

Responsibilities

Create experiences and ecosystems that bring people together and keep them engaged.
Run online spaces, launch in-person events, or manage membership experiences end-to-end.
Foster trust, loyalty, and momentum within communities.
Act as a producer, host, and strategist in community and event management.
Design every touchpoint with care.
Understand how communities form and grow online.
Run an event end-to-end, from brief to breakdown.
Listen and evolve the experience based on feedback and curiosity.
