About The Position

The Generalist Company is building a talent pool for creative professionals to connect with startups and scaleups. These companies need to enhance their product, brand, and overall experience through strong design and storytelling. Opportunities include leading brand refreshes, shaping creative campaigns, producing product videos, and building design systems. The ideal candidates will be comfortable working with ambiguity, designing with intent, and assisting early-stage teams in making a significant impact. The pool is open to various creative disciplines such as Graphic Design, Brand Design, Creative Direction, Copywriting, Content Creation, Animation, Video Production, Motion Design, and Creative Project Management. Professionals can specialize in one area or work across multiple disciplines.
