About The Position

As a Founders Associate (m/f/d), you will work closely with our founding team and gain unique insights into building and developing a tech startup. You will take on responsibility in strategic and operational projects and support daily business operations across various topics. Strategic collaboration: Close support of the founders and the leadership team in identifying and implementing commercial initiatives that significantly drive the company's growth. Project responsibility: Independent management and support of strategically relevant projects with a focus on business development, sales enablement, and process optimization. Cross-functional coordination: You will act as a central point of contact between different teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) and ensure targeted alignment of all activities. Market and competitive analysis: You will observe and analyze relevant market trends and customer requirements, thus supporting data-based decision-making. Support for growth initiatives: You will assist in developing and optimizing go-to-market strategies and contribute to expansion into new markets. Preparation of presentations and reports: You will create meaningful analyses, decision proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or in management consulting, with a focus on commercial areas.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage projects from conception to implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ambition to develop within a dynamic and fast-growing organization and a desire to take on long-term responsibility.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Native-level German language skills.
