About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a part-time janitorial supervisor to manage janitorial activities at customer properties. The supervisor leads employees and is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality cleaning results while maintaining clean, secure, and safe building environments. The role includes directing and developing staff, managing schedules and supplies, inspecting buildings, and responding to customer requests and concerns. The position is listed for second shift, third shift, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• 5–7 years of experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and accomplishment.
• Experience leading and managing an hourly workforce in janitorial, fast food, retail, construction, or a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, crouch, and lift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for building occupants.
• Direct staff in completing daily, weekly, and project-specific cleaning tasks.
• Execute the building cleaning plan effectively and cost-efficiently.
• Train, supervise, develop, and motivate janitorial staff.
• Manage staffing levels, work schedules, and time and attendance records.
• Manage and control company equipment, supplies, and materials inventory.
• Regularly inspect buildings for cleanliness and safe, secure operations.
• Take corrective action when appropriate.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
