About The Position

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is hiring for its Housekeeping Team at the Health Center in Franklin, Indiana. Compass Park is a 320-acre community in Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. The role involves maintaining clean and hygienic resident rooms and public areas, managing waste, and keeping linens and related supplies stocked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check linen and related supply stock levels to keep the closet adequately stocked.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms regularly, including surfaces, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and replenish toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
• Empty garbage cans in designated areas on schedule or as needed, and dispose of waste according to established guidelines and regulations.
• Thoroughly clean resident rooms by dusting surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, and wiping down furniture.
