About The Position
A medical facility in Tyler, Texas is hiring housekeepers for shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., or 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The rate of pay is $15.50 per hour. The role supports healthcare staff by maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe facility spaces.
Requirements
- Housekeeping experience is required.
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening test.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms, surgical areas, and common spaces.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
- Assist with waste management and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory to ensure continuous availability.
- Support healthcare staff and maintain a smooth workflow.
