About The Position
EVS Attendants are responsible for the cleaning of all public areas, restrooms and offices throughout the entire project complex as needed. We are looking for dedicated cleaning professionals!
Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability may be necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Prior custodial experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
