Due to incredible growth, the team is expanding and looking to hire 8-9 seasoned contractors for their sponsorship team. These positions would start in the summer of 2026, running through roughly June of 2027. Responsibilities

  • Own sponsor-specific deliverables/components for client events and drive them to fruition utilizing best practices, appropriate resources, and vendor partnerships.
  • Review current delivery practices and make recommendations for improvement; establish and document overall sponsor management best practices.
  • Meet with internal and external customers to accurately determine needs; act as sponsor’s primary point of contact.
  • Participate in the build-out and maintenance of the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC); working with Exhibition Manager and vendors to obtain ERC content.
  • Support sourcing, budgeting, and fulfillment of marketing promotion opportunity deliverables such as signage, activations, and F&B.
  • Create and deploy communications to exhibitors such as deadline reminders and related follow ups.
  • Manage sponsor-related portions of master event timeline and meet deadlines.
  • Manage initial discussions of broad logistics, such as location and dates, as well as a list of deliverables that will be due throughout the event cycle.
  • Manage or participate in weekly sponsor and vendor calls to review key deadlines and assist with questions and issues on deliverables throughout the planning phase.
  • Provide sponsors with required specs on package deliverables and help ensure they do not miss deadlines.
  • Manage sponsor meeting room and theater session assignments and act as liaison for requirements and communications.
  • Manage on-site sponsor needs and relationships while troubleshooting on-site issues.
  • Ensure logos, graphics, and video files are supplied and included correctly on event elements.
  • Manage or participate in post-event reporting with sponsor, including post-event emails and other quantifiable measurements from event.
