The Client Services team operates like a creative agency, leveraging expertise in entertainment and immersive events to help brands and agencies conceptualize, produce, and manage multi-channel campaigns. They craft bespoke strategies blending branded content, digital storytelling, ticketed experiences, and premium sponsorships tailored to each market. This role offers an opportunity to shape global campaigns, craft connecting stories, and bring top brands to life through immersive experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media sales, or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • An established network of brand marketers, agency partners, and senior decision-makers across multiple industry verticals.
  • Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, and comfortable leading complex, six- and seven-figure sales conversations.
  • Outstanding communicator and presenter, capable of delivering compelling pitches to C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Combine creative thinking with commercial acumen to develop partnership solutions that deliver value for both clients and Fever.
  • Highly proficient in creating polished presentations, proposals, and sales materials that help win new business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective brand partners across key categories, consistently exceeding sponsorship revenue targets.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new sponsorship opportunities by selling Fever's portfolio of live experiences, including Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts, immersive experiences, and official partnerships.
  • Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals by collaborating with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Content, Media, and Operations to create compelling commercial solutions for clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, sponsorship agencies, and procurement teams to drive long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and sponsorship agreements while ensuring alignment with internal business objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within Salesforce and provide regular updates on business performance.
  • Partner with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition following deal execution.
