In this role, you will make an impact by: Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, sponsorship activations, customer meetings, and hospitality experiences Partnering closely with Sponsorship leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, communications, timelines, and operational processes Assisting with event scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of program materials Managing ticketing operations and sponsorship asset coordination for local corporate partnerships Preparing executive meeting materials, including briefing documents, presentations, binders, and supporting communications
