About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing events and promotions, including the setup and breakdown of tournaments and gift pickups. The supervisor will also handle décor, train and schedule event staff, and manage occasional cash handling according to property policies. A key aspect of the role is providing superior guest service by assisting patrons with requests, educating them on promotions, and maintaining knowledge of property information. The position requires upholding the company's mission statement and values, representing the brand positively to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown.
• Assists with all décor such as Balloon Columns & centerpieces.
• Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates.
• Occasional cash handling. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner. Provides superior guest service to all guests.
• Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events. Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.

• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
