About The Position

We are seeking punctual, hardworking, and reliable Events / Prep Cooks to join the team. This role is essential to supporting both daily kitchen prep and off-site or on-site events by ensuring food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and execution, and is excited to be part of a team that values hospitality, consistency, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Prior kitchen, prep cook, or catering experience preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during prep and event execution
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Strong understanding of cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Ability to lift and carry catering equipment, food product, and supplies as needed
• Appreciation for fresh ingredients, quality execution, and genuine hospitality
• We are looking for team members who work hard, stay organized, and take pride in creating great food and great experiences for guests both inside the restaurant and out at events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, proteins, and recipes according to company standards and pars
• Assist with event preparation, packaging, setup, and execution for catering and private events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep station throughout shifts
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Assist line cooks and kitchen leadership with daily operational needs
• Ensure all food is properly labeled, dated, rotated, and stored
• Support smooth event execution through strong communication and teamwork
• Help maintain a positive kitchen culture built around accountability, hospitality, and respect
• Assist with loading, organizing, and preparing catering and event supplies as needed
