We make it easy to find great books through our school book fairs, school store fundraising platform, and book clubs using a unique mix of expert curation and data science. We’re on a mission to help parents ignite a love of learning and a love of life. As an Events Operations Coordinator for Literati, your role is to help scale our national conference and event operations while ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging brand experience across every touchpoint. In this role, you will primarily support conference planning, logistics, and operational infrastructure while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to coordinate event assets, inventory, and post-event follow-up. You’ll help build scalable systems and repeatable processes that support both brand growth and revenue generation. This role is based in the greater Chicagoland area (Chicago or surrounding suburbs) and requires occasional travel to our Elgin office (approximately 3–4 times per year) and national conferences (approximately 3–4 trips per year), which may include evenings and weekends. The salary band for this role is $50,000–$60,000 annually. This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.
